NOTICE OF POLL (By-Election)

Notice is hereby given to the Electors of the Adams Lake Indian Band that a poll will be held to elect one (1) councillor on Saturday, August 22, 2015, from 8:00AM to 8:00PM at:

Old Band Hall 6430 Village Road IR #4

Please be advised that:

• The List of Electors (persons eligible to vote) is posted at the Adams Lake Indian Band Administration Building Office.
• An elector who has received a mail-in ballot can vote in person at the polling place on the day of the by-election in lieu of voting by mail-in ballot, but must return their mail-in ballot or sign a written declaration that they have lost their mail-in ballot.

Mail-in Ballots

• Any elector (who does not receive a mail-in ballot package in the mail) may request a mail-in ballot package by contacting the Electoral Officer.
• Mail-in ballots will be received by the Electoral Officer up to the closure of the poll.
• Mail-in ballots received by the Electoral Officer after 8:00PM on August 22nd will not be counted.

Advance Poll

There will be an advance poll on Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 10AM to 4PM at 

Pierre's Point Log Building 2471 Pierre's Point Road Salmon Arm, BC

The votes will be counted at the poll at 8:00PM on the August 22, 2015
