NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF CUSTOM ELECTION LAW
Pursuant to the authority of Council under subsection 17.07(a) of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation Custom Election Law, the Council adopted First Nation Council Resolution No. 2025-18 which corrects minor errors or defects in the wording of the Custom Election Law in an open meeting on 10 April 2025. The resolution and the revised Custom Election Law have been posted in the MSIFN Administration Offices and on the Members Portal of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation website. Members may obtain copies thereof by contacting the undersigned Legislative Officer in person or by mail.
