Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule 2 to the Cannabis Act under subsection 151(1) of the Cannabis Act a.
Order Amending Schedule 2 to the Cannabis Act
Amendment
1 Schedule 2 to the Cannabis Act a is amended by adding the following after item 4:
- 5 A derivative made by processing parts of such a plant referred to in items 1, 3 or 4, or a product made from that derivative
- 6 A derivative made by processing a stalk referred to in item 2, or a product made from that derivative, that does not contain an isolated or concentrated phytocannabinoid
Coming into Force
2 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II.
