Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule 3 to the Cannabis Act under subsection 151(2) of the Cannabis Acta.
Order Amending Schedule 3 to the Cannabis Act
Amendments
1 Item 4 of Schedule 3 to the Cannabis Acta is deleted.
| 2 Schedule 3 to the Act is amended by adding the following after item 3: |

Coming into Force
4 This Order comes into force on the day on which the Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning Cannabis Research and Testing and Cannabis Beverages come into force, but if it is registered after that day, this Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
