NOTICE OF LAND LAW
HFN CITIZENS PERSONAL HOUSING PROGRAM

 

Pursuant to the Hiawatha First Nation Land Code, the Council of Hiawatha First Nation on November 3, 2022 enacted the “HFN Citizens Personal Housing Program Land Law” regarding the allocation of lots and homes on reserve to citizens of the First Nation.  A copy of the “HFN Citizens Personal Housing Program Land Law” may be downloaded from the “Resources” section of the Hiawatha First Nation website at
