NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF LAND CODE
1. By a vote of the eligible voters completed on 16 April 2021, the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation adopted a restatement of its land management code incorporating numerous amendments to the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation Land Management Code, 2016. The amended land code, entitled the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation Restated Land Management Code 2021, may be downloaded from the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation website at https://www.scugogfirstnation.com/Public/Codes-Fees-Laws or obtained by mail by contacting the undersigned Legislative Officer.
2. The Council of the Council of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation declared the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation Restated Land Management Code 2021 in force on April 22, 2021.
