NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF EMERGENCY LAND LAW 2020/21-002
1. By a First Nation Council Resolution adopted on 09 March 2021, the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation adopted Emergency Land Law 2020/21-002 entitled “Council Meeting Procedures During the COVID-19 Pandemic” which came into effect immediately upon enactment. A copy of Emergency Land Law 2020/21-002 may be downloaded from the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation website at https://www.scugogfirstnation.com/Public/Codes-Fees-Laws or obtained by mail by contacting the undersigned Legislative Officer.
