JUSTIFICATION

Fire Protection is a major component of cost for services in KIB-General. The cost of Fire Services has increased dramatically in the last three years and from 2014 to 2015 it increased by a further 1.6059%. This is a major reason why tax rates were left unchanged in KIB-General District in 2015.

(Paul Lake)

JUSTIFICATION

On April 30, 2015 the Annual Tenant Association Meeting was held with the Paul Lake Tenant Association.  At that time they were advised that the tax rate for 2015 would be left unchanged from 2014. The ratepayers association made no objection to the rate being left unchanged.
