Proposed T’it’q’et Property Assessment Law, 2015

Proposed T’it’q’et Property Taxation Law, 2015

July 20, 2015

The T’it’q’et First Nation has issued a notice pursuant to section 6 of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act advising that it is proposing to enact a property taxation law and a property assessment law and is inviting written submissions regarding the proposed laws to be received by September 14, 2015.  For the convenience of the public, the proposed laws are being posted on the First Nations Gazette website.
