Proposed Shxwha:y Village First Nation Property Taxation Law, 2015

The Skxwha:y Village First Nation has issued a notice pursuant to section 6 of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act advising that it is proposing to enact a property taxation law and a property assessment law and is inviting written submissions regarding the proposed laws to be received by October 5, 2015. For the convenience of the public, the proposed laws are being posted on the First Nations Gazette website.
