Proposed Stellat’en First Nation Property Assessment Law, 2015
and
Proposed Stellat’en First Nation Property Taxation Law, 2015

 

August 19, 2015

 

The Stellat’en First Nation has issued a notice pursuant to section 6 of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act advising that it is proposing to enact a property taxation law and a property assessment law and is inviting written submissions regarding the proposed laws to be received by October 19, 2015. For the convenience of the public, the proposed laws are being posted on the First Nations Gazette website.
