NOTICE - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

ALL BUSINESS ENTITIES

September 1, 2015

Attn: Property Tax Department

This is to notify you that the Saddle Lake Cree Nation will be enacting a taxation regime commencing in the year 2016. All non band members and non resident interests located on reserve will be liable to property tax.

Letter signed and agreed upon by a quorum (5) of Chief and Council at a duly convened Chief and Council meeting held September 1, 2015.
