TAKE NOTICE THAT a Ratification vote will be held on November 14, 2015 to determine approval of THE TK’EMLÚPS te SECWÉPEMC MEMBERSHIP CODE.

Any Member of the TK’EMLÚPS te SECWÉPEMC Band who is 18 years of age or older on November 14, 2015 is eligible to vote. Eligible Voters may vote in person at a poll or by mail-in ballot. Mail-in ballots will also be mailed to all off reserve eligible voters for whom the band has an address.

All mail-in ballots must be received before November 14, 2015 or in person by hand delivery to the poll station prior to the closing of the poll as noted below.

All ballots will be counted at the Moccasin Square Gardens, 345 Chief Alex Thomas Way, Kamloops, BC at the conclusion of the Regular Poll November 14, 2015. Members are welcome to observe the counting of the ballots.
