TAX RATES

PROPERTY CLASS RATE PER $100 OF ASSESSED VALUE

2.  Pursuant to the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, S.C. 2005, c. 9, and the regulations enacted under the act, the rate of tax multiplied by the assessed value of property shall be:
 Property Class Rate of Tax
Class 1 - Residential 0.787 
Class 2 - Non-Residential 1.555 
Class 3 - Farm Land  - 
Class 4 - Machinery and Equipment 1.102
