Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 20(2) and section 22 of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, reappoints Kenneth Marsh of Okotoks, Alberta, a taxpayer using reserve lands for utility purposes, as a commissioner of the First Nations Tax Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.
