Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 20(2) and section 22 of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, reappoints Leslie Brochu of Chase, British Columbia, a taxpayer using reserve lands for residential purposes, as a commissioner of the First Nations Tax Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.
